Customer service was amazing and always available. I found it confusing to begin with trying to figure out my mobile plan from using primary and secondary data usage. The service was prompt and helpful. Then I bought a second eSIM instead of adding to my data and I had another personal mobile plan and then I was extra confused with my settings. It was rather confusing whilst on my international trip juggling between using WhatsApp messenger and texting. Customer service were available 24/7 and always extremely helpful with assisting me and answering all of my questions and resolving the issues. I do recommend eSIM if you’re a little tech savvy and patient.
